Every month (about the 15th) we publish a real estate report about what's been happening in the local area for the previous month. It includes sales figures, listing information, an historical comparison to last year and whatever else I can come up with that seems interesting. It's intended to give you a feeling for how things are, and let you know when the market starts to change.
